Because our Services involve customized digital consulting, engineering recommendations, and intellectual property created specifically for each Client, this Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made through our website. By purchasing our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1. Cancellation Before Engineering Work Begins
Full Refund Eligibility
Clients are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted in writing before engineering work has commenced.
Engineering work may include, but is not limited to:
- Project review
- Acoustic analysis
- Room evaluation
- Lighting assessment
- Engineering calculations
- Design preparation
- Technical documentation development

2. Custom Digital Services
All Services provided by Beamelix Consulting LLC (New Mexico, USA) are customized digital consulting services created specifically for the Client.
Services may include:
- Zoom consultations
- Engineering analysis
- Acoustic reports
- Home cinema recommendations
- Technical PDF documentation
- Design layouts
- Optimization reports
- Project-specific recommendations
Because these Services are custom-created for each Client, they constitute personalized digital intellectual property.
3. Non-Refundable Services After Delivery
Once engineering work has been completed and any custom deliverable has been provided, transmitted, presented, or made available to the Client, the order becomes final and non-refundable.
This includes:
- Completed consultations
- Delivered reports
- Engineering calculations
- Design recommendations
- PDF documentation
- Layout plans
- Technical analyses
- Digital project deliverables
Due to the customized nature of the Services, delivered digital work cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
4. Digital Delivery Acknowledgment
The Client expressly acknowledges that digital Services are considered delivered upon:
- Email transmission
- Secure file delivery
- PDF delivery
- Completion of a consultation session
- Cloud-based document access
- Any documented electronic delivery method used by the Company
Upon delivery, the Service is considered fulfilled.
5. Unlimited Revisions Guarantee
To support client satisfaction, consulting packages include unlimited revisions related to the original project scope.
Revision requests must relate to:
- The originally submitted room
- The original project objectives
- Previously delivered recommendations
The Unlimited Revisions Guarantee does not apply to:
- New properties
- Additional rooms
- Expanded project scopes
- Separate consulting engagements
The Company reserves the right to determine whether a revision request remains within the scope of the original project.
6. Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention
Clients agree to contact the Company regarding concerns before initiating external payment disputes whenever reasonably possible.
The Company reserves the right to respond to and contest unauthorized or fraudulent payment disputes by providing relevant documentation, including:
- Intake questionnaires
- Project records
- Consultation records
- Delivery confirmations
- Communication logs
- Revision history
- Timestamped engineering records
- Digital delivery records
7. Refund Processing Times
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on the financial institution and payment provider, refunds typically appear within five (5) to ten (10) business days after processing.
Actual processing times may vary and are outside the Company's control.
8. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where local laws require specific refund rights, those rights shall apply to the extent required by law.
